2017 Lexus RX: A New Era

This intricate accent is formed from many layers of thinly cut wood that are bonded together and meticulously shaped and buffed. The RX has Drive Select for more control over responsiveness and shock absorption during your drive. The engine is a 3.5 L V6 with 295 hp, paired with an exceptionally smooth eight speed transmission. The RX also now features a dual Variable Valve Timing with intelligence system (VVT-i) for precise engine performance and enhanced fuel economy. VVT-I monitors engine speed and load, increases torque at lower speeds for improved acceleration, and boosts performance at higher speeds by adjusting intake and exhaust valve timing.

On top of premium performance, the RX offers all of the best of the line safety and technology features. A sensor on the rear door enables a raised hand or elbow held near the Lexus emblem to effortlessly open the door. Four high-resolution cameras mounted on the front, sides and rear of the vehicle give drivers a bird's-eye view of the near environment.
